Our Practice is only able to accept patients who live at postcodes within our catchment area. If your postcode is not on this list (Postcode List) you will not be able to register with the practice.
If you are an existing patient and you move house and your new postcode is not on the list, then the Practice will ask you to register with a surgery in your new area. You can find details of Doctor's surgeries in your area by contacting the Health Board on 0141 300 1300.
If you want to register with us (and are eligible to do so) please bring details of your previous doctor’s name and address, (and your own if you have moved house recently) as well as photo ID ie: driving licence or passport, and proof of your address when you come to collect a form.
If you are a new patient with us, there's no need to make a registration appointment, but the first time you do need seen by a Clinician then please let reception know it's your first appointment and they will allow extra time for this. If you are booking it yourself online, please book two appointments to double the amount of time.

We are trying to reduce footfall in the Practice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, we kindly request all new patients registering with us please complete this online registration form. This form can be completed by clicking on the following link:

This will take you to the 'NHS Inform' website. You must then download the registration form, complete all the relevant boxes and then send the completed registration form to the Practice's email address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
By completing and sending us the registration form online, you will no longer need to come into the surgery to complete your registration with us.
