The surgery is having a server upgrade on the 23rd and 24th of November. This means that for those two days we will have no access to computers and therefore no access to patient records.
We will be unable to process any prescriptions and appointments will be for genuine emergencies only.
Patients will not be able to access any of our online services during this time.
